Shipping Time -- Orders shipded as soon as the machining process is completed. Depending on the work log this could take up to 3 weeks. Orders can be expidited for $50 per order of up to 4 wheels. You can log in the the website at any time to check the status of your order. Simply go to My Account -> Documents to see orders and invoices. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Orders can be shipped faster under special circumstance only, please contact us to request faster shipping time. All orders are fully insured for damage and loss. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. VTO is not responsible for packages lost in shipping. If packages are damaged or not as described please contact us.
We accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing, workmanship and for fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Orders have a 24-hour cancelation window, cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing the order will not be accepted as most wheel orders require custom machining and are therefore made for your specific application. ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AFTER TIRES HAVE BEEN MOUNTED, PLEASE CHECK WHEELS FITMENT BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES.
